Outline of Exhibition Concept
I have an oil painting 2m x 1,50m nailed to the wall, it depicts an interior of a room with a man sleeping. I then have a book of ink paintings that is quite big(150cmx35cm) that I would like to display on the floor under ceramic tiles that also depict interior scenes I wouldn’t stick them to the wall, maybe with small nails under each tile.

벽에는 잠들어 있는 한 남자가 있는 방의 내부를 묘사한 2mx150m 사이즈의 유화 한폭을 고정할 것입니다. 또한 세라믹 타일 아래 바닥에는 제법 큰 사이즈(150cmx35cm)의 잉크 페인팅 모음집을 전시하고자 합니다. 이 그림들 역시 마찬가지로 내부의 풍경들을 묘사하고 있습니다. 이 작품들은 벽에 직접 설치하지 않고, 아마도 각 타일 밑에 작은 못으로 고정하여 설치할 것입니다.
About Artist
I am French but I grew up in Spain near the coast. I then moved to France for my artistic studies. I have practiced with a lot of different media (sculpture, photography, cyanotypes) but I rediscovered painting after not using it for years, it is now the medium I use the most. I work with figurative scenes on big scale format or miniatures. During my exchange I am trying to widen my painting practice trying to adopt new methods.

저는 프랑스 인이지만 스페인 지중해 연안에서 유년시절을 보냈습니다. 이후 저는 예술을 공부하기 위하여 프랑스로 이주하였습니다. 저는 여러 다양한 매체(조각, 사진, 시아노 타입)를 사용하여 작품활동을 하였는데, 그러한 시도 끝에 수년간 사용하지 않던 페인팅을 재발견하게 되었고, 이제 페인팅은 제가 가장 즐겨 사용하는 매체가 되었습니다. 저의 작업은 큰 스케일 또는 미니어처 형식으로 옮긴 구상 화가 주를 이룹니다. 교환학생으로 있는 기간 동안, 저는 새로운 방식을 도입하며 저의 회화적 실습의 폭을 넓히고자 탐구하고 있습니다.
